Metabolic bone disease?

Peace be upon everyone~
Iya iya, such a long time. This place is now filled with dust everywhere. Although I thought little changes here and there would make a difference, but I guess I'm wrong. Not to speak about such a topic as the first post in November.
Well, you can't expect things to be all happy good moments.

Metabolic bone disease or Rickets. A problem I happened to read while browsing the net.
What is metabolic bone disease/rickets? click here to read about it and here , here and here for some pictures. The site didn't provide enough details about the disease, but good as an overall view.
I've been soo glad that my birds were out of this kind of diseases, but it occurred, unfortunately.
If you do some researches about it, you'll know how difficult it is to get over it. At the same time, it'll be an easy task if the problem was confirmed earlier and the bird was taken care of before it reaches the age of 14days.
On my case, I figured out the problem when the bird was only 4 or maybe 5 days old and quickly began with the operation. However, it was futile. Its mother and father won't let their baby with some kind of thread tiding its legs. I, and my family had to tie it every time they untie it. Another solution was to make two holes in a small sponge enough to get the baby's small cute legs in. Nevertheless, we faced a lot, and I mean it, a loot of obstacles. First, the baby goes upside down due to the sponge holding his legs together. Second, mom and dad don't like this yellow looking soft thing resting underneath the baby. Third, we need to change it after two or three days which I find it somehow a heartless act because you know the pain one suffering from this kind of disease feels when you grab the legs and force their way into the small holes T^T .. I wonder how does lino feel when forcing kids to sew 24/7 .. wait what did Ange use to say afterward? in the basement?
Whatever ...
I was glad that only one of the babies we had to deal with. But unfortunately, the second one was affected by it. And we had two babies suffering from metabolic bone disease ...
Pictures of my bird when he was only 7 or maybe 8days old. Click here and here.
Video of him 2 weeks older.

A video with his brother.

Now, 10 of Nov, two months have passed since the treatment began. What happened?
The older one was adopted by a nice guy who promised to take good care of him. And the second one healed..
It's rude to take him away from his parents? well, I know, but if I were to let him be, he would've been dead from a long time ago. I have no experience and I don't know how to hand feed him in case things got out of control and we had to separate him from his parents. So I decided to give him to the hands of a person who has a background of this disease and more importantly who's able to take care of him. I hope he's doing well there.
As of the other one. After taking good care of him, from feeding to massaging his legs, he's able to move very well. Not perfectly like the other birds, but good enough to continue living on.
Just look at this incredible cuteness~

Some videos of him when he was a month old and two months old playing with his older sisters.
And this is where he was still with his mother and father.

Finally listen to the older bird 'Tent' chirping. He grew up really fast T__T
I need to look for him a cute Albino female cockatiel .. I doubt I'll find one ...
Anyway, enjoy~

Kensou! Chapy: 2

Chapy Two-

Drip .. drip. Sound of droplets that feel down from the rooftop echoed the place gathering to form a tiny lake on the ground beside the building's white wall. Patches of blue sky showed here and there through the clouds that piled one after the other while bits of sunrays peeked through. Countless of sparrows were twittering, footsteps were heard everywhere and cars raced each other for work. Somewhere in this simple small country, specifically in between two buildings, in a small-lane, on the ground laid the representative, Jenny Mcloud lost in her slumber and not far from her Kensou was gazing at the carefree expression on her sleeping face.

"Ah, she sure is enjoying her slumber." He sighed turning his gaze to the view outside. "Where are we? Where have we fallen now? Should I send a signal? They'll surely find me in no time."

A pamphlet sat down on one of the keyboards. "Let's see what the next act is." He mumbled carrying it and reading silently. "Hmm..welcome to the world of radiant light, Earth, where your sphere exists. No, it sounds creepy, wait, what? Radiant light? What got into me" he sighed and continued on, "Ugh, this sounds pretty much like her." He blabbered throwing the pamphlet behind his back and gazing at her again.

A long uneventful hours stretched. Knowing that it might take some time till the representative wakes up, he sat down, his right palm on his chin, thinking. Few cats passed by meowing and pigeons started courting on each of the nearby buildings' rooftops. The weather became clearer and more likeably photo worthy. "I Wonder what her reaction would be .. " couple of silent moments have passed before his expression changed into a pitiful look. "You shouldn't have discarded her. You're not supposed to be here. I hope you'll find her soon..your precious possession, Jenny."

Inside Jenny's mind, a long dream of the past progressed. In a middle of a long rainy day, people wearing black clothes assembled in front of a big mansion.

My sincerest apologizes for your loss.” An old man stood, with his wife beside him, patting who looked like one of his friends.

Thank you for consoling me.” The well built man with a dark black hair and eyes, thanked in a kind tone.

It’s becoming more difficult for you now. In there,” the old man looked at the entrance of the mansion and continued, “lays gigantic responsibilities! Will you be all right?

I’ll manage with it somehow. I appreciate your concern.” He assured smiling quietly.

We live-“ the madam interfered meekly informing, “next to your house. If anything is needed, please don’t hesitate to drop by and ask~” she toned.

Thank you for the offer.” the man bowed, rushing to where couple of men gathered near the fountain in the middle of the garden.

The play ended, curtains dropped and the actors and actresses went home after the tough workload they had to deal with. “Why did you reveal our location?” the husband asked.

Dear, you know who that person is! The leader of the Sky Clan and the owner of the Sky Lab Container, Mr.Mcloud. If our ties were to be straightened, do you know the advances we’ll later attain? Think wisely for a minute. His wife has just passed away and he got his three years old daughter hanging without a mother. How on the earth is he going to manage in holding everything under his control? Considering his role in this universe, he’ll soon crash under the weight of responsibilities awaiting for him. Finding a new partner will cross his mind sooner or later. And you didn’t forget about our dutiful daughter, Taison! Ooh what a sight those two will make. If we were to persuade him into marrying her, she’ll inherit a large amount of homail!!” she explained enthusiastically.

Ooh, billions of homail, no trillions! What a smart wife you are. I’m glad that I chose you!” he complimented.

Awww I feel flattered.” The wife shyly hid her face with the umbrella.

The couple walked while continuing their admiration toward each other.

On the other hand, Mr.Mcloud sat on the sofa in the hall after bidding farewell to the audience. He wept for the loss of his precious wife. His sobbing was heard by his daughter who looked from far at her grieving father. She grabbed her little handkerchief and gently headed toward him. “Here.” She kindly said representing the handkerchief. “You’re pitying me?” furiously the father questioned.

Pitng?” the little daughter repeated not fully understanding the word.

If only you weren’t born, nothing of this would’ve happened!

I married to ease the burden I’ve carried for a long time and your deliverance only added more stress and trouble to me. Your birth has hampered my progress. I’ve scored the last in this year's list.

Do me a favor and just disappear from here. JUST DISAPPEAR!” he shouted, the intensity of his glare focusing on his daughter.

She felt his father’s anger itching her heart like a needle. Tears well up in her eyes and she began crying. The big mansion echoed the loud weeping of the daughter and the sobbing of her father. Outside, the rain fell so heavily as night waned.

"Jenny .." a whisper called her out as guts of strong wind blew. "Hey, Jenny!" the whisper turned into a muscular voice shouting. She moaned, her eyes flickered open and she sat up rubbing her sleepy eyes. Her face turned left and right looking around yawning. On her right side a laptop laid there and within Kensou was staring at her worriedly. "You're okay?". "Ah- Good morning, Kensou." She spoke in a soft tone as she yawned again and looked around sleepily. "Where am I? Is this how it look inside of you? What happened?" she inquired. "You don't remember?" he wanted to confirm. "Remember what?" she inquired. "What happened there!". "There?". "In Sky Lab Container!". "Uh. In there..we…" she experienced a flashback of the day she met him.

The feathers..” inside the SLC (Sky Lab Container), the boy inside the laptop, announced to the distraught Jenny, “were dazzling, weren’t they? Doesn’t the countess wish to see them once again?”. “The feathers?” her expression became even more quizzical now. “White feathers only you can see!” he added. “The feathers!!!” she shouted turning around and rushing to him. "You can see them?" she inquired. "Huh?" he questioned ironically. "No, I mean how? Why? H-how?" she blurted out whatever came into her head. "For your information, I'm just a merely computer. How come I can see that which only you can se-"

"-That's right!" she interfered, "That's what I'm surprised at! How come you can see what I saw? Some program your using? But how come we couldn't detect it? Why am I the only one that can receive the signals? You're emitting a unique kind of signals that allows you to send pictures to me only? Send? How do you do that? No wait, HOW DO YOU DO THAT?" enthusiastically she kneeled beside the table, gazing at him as he took some steps backward. "Uh-ha ha" he stuttered. "Speak boy! Answers!!" she demanded.

"Ahem.. First, you have to answer few questions I got for you."

"What?" she straightened up waiting.

"Let's leave you aside. This place, the so called 'Sky Lab-' um…whatever.."

"'Sky Lab Container'." She completed.

"Yeah, I don't know why they chose such a name though-"

"You don't know?" she interrupted asking.

"I don't!" he stated.

"Well, my father works in 'The Universe' and he was elected as the leader of the 'Sky Clan'. Members there are known as prodigies and philosophers in inventing supernatural things-", "W-what-" he questioned but no answer was given as Jenny continued on explaining, "and my father decided to build a container for the upcoming skies to acknowledge-", "S-skies?" "-their powers, if they had any and try to improve them. That's why it's called 'Sky Lab Container' also known as 'SLC'!" she added.

"I'm well informed now, thank you very much!" he replied and turned his face to his right side mumbling, "although I don't know what this 'Universe' and 'Sky Clan' are.."

"Hmm?" . "Uh, it's nothing." He stuttered picking up a pamphlet beneath his feet. "Next!" she demanded.

"Next?" he questioned straightening up and looking at her. "Your next question!" she clarified. "Yeah…um.." he looked at the pamphlet and around searching for something. "This looks just like animes.." she suddenly started and continued on, "where the main character explains about his planet to the invader coming from a strange dimension!". She set her imagination wonder freely. "What..?" he glared at her. "Nothing." She stood and folded her arms together. After a moment of silence, she looked at him intensely and uttered, "Now, boy!". "Kensou .. is my name!" he interrupted.

"Uh..sorry. Kensou, eh? So tell me, what did you come here for?"

"To get you!" he informed calmly.

"Why me?" "I choose you!"

"Out of the blue?" "Yup."

"Of all the girls out there?" "Uh-huh!"

"Not because I'm unique or something?" "Not at all."

"You're rude. You should've said that I have a hidden power or because of being a representative or something." "Ha?"

"What?" she questioned looking at him as he kept glaring at something below his feet.

"Uh- it's nothing." His eyes widened even more just by glaring at the monitor of one of the devises stock on the walls in front of him which were invisible to her. It showed some digital numbers running backwards.

"Uh..s-say, Countess. Do you w-want to get inside here?" perspiring a bit, he courageously offered.

"Eh? I can?" . "Y-yeah, you can." . "I'd love to."

"Wear this." He pressed on a button and small headphone came out from what looked like DVD driver. She snatched it and put it on. "Close your eyes." He ordered.

Both of her eyelashes clapped, that's when she was transmitted to where the boy was, inside the laptop. "Wooow! Amazing!! I'm inside!"

"Whoa! Look!" she pointed out the monitor where her human form body sat without a single move. "Another me outside!" she cheerfully announced, immensely amused by it.

"Forgive me.." he whispered in a soft tone filled with guilt. She turned to him hearing a click of a button and a bright light shone sucking all her energy that throw her unconscious.

"Ah. I remembered. That ti-" she paused looking around at the strange view. "Don't tell me..this is your world?". A gentle breeze blew as she tilted her chin up to look at the sky. "Is this..what they call 'sky'?" she quietly uttered gazing profoundly at it. Kensou just rolled his eyes. "I bet this is your first time looking at the real one. Never getting the opportunity to see what lies outside the lab, I kinda pity you..," he thought.

"Are you alright, miss?" a voice came from behind. She quickly turned to see a man with a little long brown hair and wearing a hat, stepping out of the shadow. "Whoa! that frightened me." She said inhaling and exhaling. Looking carefully at him, she held her gaze at his hat. "Ha? A hat??" switching to Kensou she inquired, "What century do you live in? Those hats still exist? I can't believe this.". "Cause you've been living in the shadow.." he replied. "Now, now, miss. Don't say rude things. I came to help."

"Do I look like I'm in need of help?" "It's written all over your face."

"Well well, what do you see. A cowboy well informed about facial expressions. That's one heck of a world I drafted into.". "Jenny, carry me." Kensou whispered to her, becoming a bit wary after glancing some fancy looking red feathers sticking out of his right pocket. "Hmm?" she looked at him confused. "J-just carry..me carry me.." he stuttered. Sensing his fear of something, she slowly pulled a gray colored little ball out of her left pocket, keeping her gaze at the man who took some steps forward toward her. "We can make a deal and I'll set you free." "Oh yeah. What kind of a deal?"

"The laptop for these fancy looking feathers," he offered, taking the red feathers out of his pocket. "D-don't.." Kensou warned perspiring. "Why not?" she whispered looking at him. "HERE catch!" the man's voice echoed throughout the small-lane as he threw at her the red feathers. Jenny raised her right hand to catch it, while preparing her left one to throw the ball. "DON'T CATCH..DON'T THROW!!" Kensou shouted, too late to prevent the upcoming disarray. The shock from his sudden shout frightened both the man and Jenny as the ball slipped from her hand and flew few steps from her. "TAKE COVER.." he screamed digging his head between his knees. The ball blew up causing a mass giant of white smoke that extended in a massive speed the three buildings around.

Not so far away, there held a huge Bazaar. Countless people gathered there surprised at the sudden smoke covering the sky. Among them stood two young ladies. "This is a weird fog." the older one said, glancing up at the distant sky with mystified expression. Her long black hair fell down gracefully over her shoulder and she wore a black light skirt, white basic tank top and striped cardigan. "Doesn't look like a fog to me." The younger replied, brown small hair held up by a ribbon and paired the same striped cardigan with white shirt and jeans that worn loose in the leg. "I'm going to check. You two take care of your mother." a man in his fourteens walked beside them ordering. "I'm going with you." The older exclaimed catching up behind him.

Deep within the white smoke, the strange man stood coughing, while Jenny crawled down searching for Kensou. Three steps away from her, he laid there in his full consciousness. "Hey, Kensou!" she called out. "Jenny? Where are you?" he questioned looking left and right. "Here you are!" She carried him and stood up. "Hurry! Get us out of here." He commanded. At the opposite direction of where she came from, a dim red light shone. With few steps, they found themselves out of the smoke. "Phew. Finally!" she said with relieve. Analyzing the situation around her, she found few people were watching in amazement. "Go there!" he pointed out where those people were standing. A step followed by another step and a tight sensation grabbed her chest. "Ah.." her voice filled with pain, she looked at her left side glaring. There was something coming to her. She felt it, reaching toward her through the sounds and the scents that filled the air. "Huh? This soon? Where?" Kensou wondered, stealing a quick glance at the direction she was looking at. "No way!! Lenne!!!!" On that spot, precisely, on top of one of the nearby buildings, the previous long black hair young lady was looking down at them. Jenny slowly fell unconscious, pressed down by a physical exhaustion that haunted her body and seemed to reach her soul. Gently the old man that came with the girl, caught her in his arms.

Inside a gigantic villa, in one of the rooms, there stood, facing the open window, the laptop and Kensou was typing in his computers. "I guess you knew everything by now." The old man entered with a clear and calm face, whose lines spoke a certain strength. "So, did she already met her?" he inquired. "Yeah.." Kensou spoke in a soft tone, feeling guilty. "Who?" "It's your daughter, Lenne.."

Understand Islam!

A nice video about understanding Islam - Ramadan.

And just correcting a misunderstanding from a member of the well known Atheists forum.
He wrote that he heard "if someone, precisely a Muslim, broke his fast during his fasting, he is punished to fast 20days" or maybe he said 2 months, I don't remember literary his words.
Actually, we don't fast 20days or two months for breaking it before the Maghrib prayer. If one broke his/her fast for one day without a reason, or let's say intentionally, s/he had to make up this one day s/he broke later, any other time of the year, either continuously or intermittently, except on the day of Eid al-Fitr and the day of Eid al-Adha.

The funny thing in that forum is that members there behave like they know everything. How sad to see people believing their words. Well you don't expect to hear pleasant things and facts of any religion in an atheist forums.

Anyway, I hope you all enjoy your fasting. May Allah accepts our fasting in this Ramadan.

Thoughts...

She spoke and left me wondering

Am I to be unconsiderate?

I pondered and kept on pondering

Has it been accurate?

To believe and continue on believing

"sadness" will always generate

Even so it's germinating

Making it hard to tolerate

For the time being, I went on agreeing

It's best not to be considerate

A message from the heart~

~(<3~><3~><3~><3~><3~><3~><3~>)~

From a distant flew some words, written letters
Wingless they soared through the blue sky
With hopes to reach the destined friend!
______________

5 years have passed since the day we met and up until now we share
the happy and sad moments forming a strong bond between us.
That letter you've send quenched my thirst and I've came to realize the
true meaning of being one body and soul.
Do you remember the words you've wrote to me?
Let me say it back to you

" Thank you my dear

For being able to bear,

Stay by my side and hear

Even if you're not physically near

But it's more than clear

That the thing that i fear

Is to let fall for you a deep tear. "

Since I have no talent in writing poems =___=

Thanks mon chou for being near from me and hearing me out

and on top of everything for being my closest friend =)

I really really love you for the sake of Allah~

Family members are expanding~

_____________________

Its been a very long time since I last updated my blog. Blame the work I have.

Anyway, it seems that my old birdy, the white cockatiel is no more. She died due to an unavoidable accident. It's a big loss. I got attached to her too much and kinda dealt with her as my own daughter. Not like I wanted it, but if you read much about cockatiel, you'll understand the differences between a female cockatiel and the male one.

And so, I plan to adopt another babies..or let's say take care of them, put aside the hand feeding. Although I want, but can't do that. They have their mama and papa.

There are five of them. The younger one died. Four of them remained.

I think it's their first week.
___________

The second week or maybe the third. Its early to know what kind of cockatiel they'll end up being, I mean "white face" or "painted" or "grey or cinnamon" their colors that is ^^;;
_________

The eldest one. I'm guessing its a male, I can only label this as my intuition ^^;
The second one has the same color.
___________

A month old. He looks so cute and fluffy. The only problem he has, is his fatness =) . He can't endure to live in that little nest anymore. Not to mention the amount of food he eats.
____________

The youngest one, my pooney pooney~. Looks entirely the same as his older brother, the third one. Yeah, I hope all of them are males. I want to listen to their chirping T^T

I'm only hoping that nothing bad happens to them. Unfortunately, little accidents happened to the last one, suffocating due to the large amount of food their parents are giving him, but all praise to Allah, I happened to be there to save him. Uh, raising children can be this difficult? I didn't know that TT^TT I love mama soooo much~<3

Anyway, here's a video I took of the first and the third ones.

Tiny to Fade Away! Chapter3: Fading

Chapter Three: Fading!

Fifth of February. Eight a.m. in the morning.

I’m afraid … I don’t want to disappear. Isn’t there a way to stop it?

All those people whose memories have gone missing should know that there is a hope … that they can get them back … However, hopelessness was awaiting my daughter … The withered flower of memories never seemed to blossom …

Rain … sound of rain pattering around us so heavily …

I don’t know … I forgot … I … forgot … “ my daughter stuttered, weeping as she had never wept before. I couldn’t distinguish my daughter’s tear mingling with rain droplets. I ran to her and grabbed her, trying to calm her shivering cold body. She clutched her side, trembling … That was my first time seeing my daughter in this kind of condition. She mumbled again and again the words, ‘I forgot’, not only in agony, but also in fright. I stroked her hair gently unable to produce a letter. The rain fell even heavier, that was when I realized her breathing hardly through her sobs. “Ma … ma” was the last conscious words she spoke of. Immediately I took her inside, rushing to her room, cuddling her into the blanket. Her hands held my clothes firmly. Refusing to let go, I was forced to take off the jacket and continue attending to her condition that was worsening every minute that fled … I laid there, beside her, stroking her hair. Her hands wouldn’t unclench from my jacket. It was odd seeing her like that, but I never wished to see her so frightened ever again …

Ehh? Why not??

My dear, she caught a cold yesterday night. She’s sleeping safe and sound. I feel guilty if I tried to wake her from her peaceful deep sleep.” I explained to Jane, who called asking the reason behind my daughter’s absence.

Ah yeah, it rained heavily yesterday …

I don’t know how long she’s been out in the rain.

She loves rain so much.” She claimed.

Yeah.” I assured.

Hopefully nothing serious will happen to her.
I also hope so.

Well then, I guess I’ll drop by when university finishes.

Oh, I’m afraid to tell you that we’ll be out for the whole day till midnight.

Ah, is that so? Then that leaves me the only choice .. I’ll meet her at university tomorrow.

I’m sure she’ll be happy to hear about your call.

Hehe, she must be!” she stressed chuckling then continued on, “Well then, say hi to her and tell her to take good care of herself.

I will. Have a nice day, dear.

Thanks, you too.

Tomorrow … she won’t go anywhere. I wanted to be with her for a little while, or so I thought.

The rest of the day was absolutely nothingness. My daughter was in her deep slumber and my son went to school, spending his entire time yesterday with his friend, studying and revising for his exam. The weather has become less favorable and the scenery wasn’t photo worthy. I had to do the usual housework and afterward went to shopping which was over and done within about 20 minutes. I used my excess time in searching over the net for the causes which could make a person forget. Depression, was one of the results …

The next morning, she woke up early, asked for a breakfast and was fully dressed and ready for university. I couldn’t prevent her due to her cheerfulness face and her enthusiasm. “Good morning, mama.” she greeted me profoundly. I greeted her back and we sat to eat our breakfast.

Do you have to go to university today?” I asked.

Yeah! I have an exam. I can’t skip it, now can I?” she meekly answered.

Oh how unfortunate … “ I uttered with disappointment.

Hmm? Why?” she questioned.

I wanted to have you the whole day.

Hehe, I’ll be yours for the rest of the day. If I remember right, I don’t have anything to do for the rest of the week, which means I’m occupied today only.” She announced happily, seemingly not paying attention to the fact that something happened just few days ago. “I’ll be going then. Later!” she waved running out leaving me no chance to wish her good luck.

Not so long, after finishing my work, I had a desire to look at her room. I haven’t been there for a week and I had the urge to see it. The turned the doorknob, the room was open. It was pitch black inside. The blinds closed the entire windows. Not a single ray went in. I turned the lights on and directly went to open the blinds alongside the windows. Enough light and air refreshed the room. Turning around was the turning point of my life … no, our lives, mine and my daughter's. The walls facing the table were full of small notes. Some words were jotted down. Not only that, but also her desk beside the bed and on the cupboard. The small stickers were hanged one above the other. Names, dates, appointments, numbers, drawings, important notes, and so many things were written. On her desk, only pieces of papers were found and some pens. When I read, all they talked about were things related to her studies. Trying to open the drawers, the top left one was locked while the below was open. In there, laid some pencils, same pencils scattered all around the drawer. The other two drawers on the right side were normal. Only books and notebooks placed there. My next investigation was the cupboard. The same things were there. A big amount of the same blouse was found with the same color.

I couldn’t remain in there for another minute. I could still hear the throbs of my heart beating so strongly even after getting out of the room. I headed toward the kitchen for a change of mood. “Something is wrong with her!” my thoughts were repeating every now and then. To stop thinking was impossible … “Is she that much depressed?

Horrible feelings stroked my heart. Was it because I looked at the room, I knew not. The house suffocated me forcing me to leave. A soft little ringing I heard on my way outside. The phone’s ringing echoed the whole house. I rushed in and, “Yes?” I answered the ominous call.

Hello? Is this Mrs.Mcloud’s house?” the man asked.

Yes … who could you be?” worriedly I asked.

Can you come to the hospital immediately?!!” he requested.

I felt a sudden pressure in my heart. Fear overwhelmed me. Something might have happened to my daughter … Without noticing, I found myself running outside, stopping a taxi and riding on. “Where do you wish to go, Ma’am?” he politely asked. “H-hospital!” I stuttered. “Huh? Which hospital?” he questioned. “J-just go to every hospital in the city!” I shouted. Noticing how troubled and lost I looked, the driver drove slowly to each and every hospital. “I’m sorry..no patient with the name of Jenny Mcloud arrived here.” the receptionist informed. “Don’t tell me she committed suicide…” I, unconsciously, started negatively throwing one assumption after another. “Sorry, no one is found by that name.” the same thing repeated on the second stop. “God, please let her be safe. I have only one daughter..” I begged, on verge of tears, while we were heading to another hospital. On my third try, as we arrived at the Izamec Hospital, the receptionist asked me kindly to hurry up to the fourth floor, where my daughter was taken to. Normal patients with minor illness usually are taken care of at the first floor, yet my daughter was assigned to the fourth one, in which I had no idea what kind of illness does it treat…

I got to the elevator and watched as the doors closed. No move was made. I was lost thinking of what happened to her. When I came out of it, I quickly pressed the button. The elevator slowly climbed to the fourth floor and jerked to a stop. A high squeaking noise announced the opening of the doors, doors of my daughter’s life wrapped up in darkness.. I ran a long corridor, the more steps I walked, the strong the throbbing in my heart went, and finally glanced Jane waiting outside a room with wide white doors, wringing her hands. “Jane!” I called out from far away, rushing to her as faster as I could. “Mother..” she uttered, tears filling up in her eyes. “What happened?? Where’s Jenny??” I rapidly started asking her questions. “She..she’s okay. Sh-she’s just sleeping inside..” she said stuttering. I turned around and stepped forward to the room. “N-NO! don’t go.” She shouted pulling my right arm. “Why not? I want to see her!

Th-the doctor is examining her-“-“-What happened??!” I interfered, trying to grasp the whole incident. She looked down for a minute, tilted her head up and whispered, “I don’t know. I .. found her screaming and weeping. She fell unconscious and we .. brought her here..”…

Back before this happened, at university, it all began when the second period was about to end..

That’s why I use these kinds. You know, nowadays you can rarely see anyone with an old model.” A girl informed, sitting on a desk discarded out in one of the corners just under the stairs that lead to the second floor.

You can browse the net, right?Jenny asked. The clock face showed the time to be half past eleven; the end of the second period drew near.

Yeah! You can also chat using either MSN messenger or Yahoo’s. Cool, isn’t it?” she asked with enthusiasm, pretty glad to ditch class.

Oooh!” she said looking at the cell phone with glittering eyes.

I have to go now.” The girl suddenly informed, after looking at the watch on the cell phone’s monitor..

Ah, you have only two lectures?” she questioned. “Yeah.” The girl answered.

I see..” while uttering these words, the girl already left, looking for someone. “I guess I’ll go home too. I feel jaded..” she mumbled, heading to the second floor. As she walked the hallway, suddenly she stopped. “Eh? Where is my class..?” she stood there trying to figure out her class, that she forgot, among the ones that were wide open and filled with students. Her heartbeat raced faster as she searched aimlessly. The corridor was crowded with many girls, roaming, walking, whispering and laughing. The search was futile. Nothing seemed familiar to her. An idea came up to her, and she started searching each class for her classmates, in hope to find the right one. Unfortunately, since the second period has ended five minutes ago.. giving more than enough time for the girls to leave the class. She looked at the first class, just beside the stairs she used recently. Inside, two of her classmates were chatting with their friends. The second one had also two of her classmates, one roaming the class while the other was writing on the white board. The other one was undergoing a test. One of her friends came out. She greeted her and asked, “How was the test?”, even though she had no idea what the test was for. “Well, it wasn’t bad, I guess.” the girl replied a little disappointed. “How about you? Did you answer all the questions?” she asked and immediately, “-Ah “ she shouted, “Look at the time. I’ll be late to catch my bus if I wasted one minute. I forgot to take my stuff.”. The girl opened the door, asked for permission and went to her seat. Jenny peaked, in hope to recognize her class. The chairs at the first row were empty, so were the ones at the left and right corners. The teacher was sitting on one of the desks placed in the center of the class. Someone pushed her from behind and girls made their ways to their seats for their stuffs. Slowly she stepped forward, examining one desk after another, trying to recognize her bag. Despite the effort she made, nothing seemed familiar. Her breath became heavier, a loud ringing reached her ears and her vision blurred a little. The strange faces of the girls roaming, stricken her frightened heart. Tears well up on her eyes, her heavy breath could be heard more clearly, her body shivered and she could remember nothing.

Panic-stricken over the unknown class and students, Jenny contemplated on escaping. She ran quickly outside the class, only to bump into Jane, who was terrified to see the state her friend was in. “Jenny, your okay?” she inquired looking extremely worried. As she came nearer, trying to put her hands on her shoulders, “WHO ARE YOU? DON’T TOUCH ME!Jenny screamed, leaning her back to the wall behind her. “Jenny?” feelings of worry flashed through Jane at the distraught young lady clutching her sides, trembling violently. “Wh-where is .. my class..?” she stuttered breathing heavily. “Jenny!” in shock and disbelief, she ran over to her at once. “I forgot my class … I can’t .. remember. I forgot..where is my class?” she fell to her knees sobbing, repeating over and over that she forgot..

Not far away from her, there stood many audiences watching the intimidating scene unable to feel the severity of the pain she was undergoing. She shed tears as her screams echoed through the air, failing to endure the pain caused from her other self attempting to surface.
